Message Board

I found this wooden plaque at Goodwill. I dont know the exact price of it since you pay by the pound but I know it was less than 79 cents.

So with a little paint on the outter parts and blackboard paint on the inside this is what I got. My teenagers had to add their little details to this.

Jewelry

Needing something to do one day I decided to do this. I had a couple pieces of scrap wood, I added some painted wood knobs and glued them onto the wood. Now my daughter and I have a place to hang our necklaces.

Jars

I bought some glass jars with screw lids and decided to mod podge some scrap paper onto the top and add an old door knob.

I also had some glass spice jars laying around doing nothing...

more mod podge and scrap paper and now I have cute containers for small items like buttons or beads.

My Buffet

One of my favorite finds while pickin' with Vicki. My buffet.

I added pink to this but the pink is so light its really hard to see in pictures.

My first attempt at letters

With my buffet, my new shelf and my create sign I got this...

Time to play with paper lanterns

Few Odds and Ends projects

The $1 potato/onion bin

And the finished project. Nothing fancy but painted up to look better

A couple more old windows. Yes I have a thing for the old windows. And they are cheap! I found these for $4 each at a flea market

A wire rack Im going to use in the garden

And this is my "Home is where the Navy sends us" sign. This was a fun project to make!

Vanity

Heres a vanity and chair I picked at a garage sale for $5

More paint, a little fabric...

I also made this beautiful whatchamacallit for over her bed. Yeah Im real technical with the words.
I used an old glass paned window, some old tule from another project, hot glue, a little harware and elbow grease
